Adulting 101 – Student Support Group
Who it’s for: College students and young adults learning to navigate independence
Format: Hybrid (in-person & online)
This group focuses on functional skills you can use right away in everyday life—job, money, and communication. We practice independence, SMART goals, and real-world problem solving (define–brainstorm–choose–try), with space to explore financial budgeting, handling conflict, and preparing for job interviews.
Healing Journey – Women’s Healing Group
Who it’s for: Women and femmes seeking a gentle, trauma-informed space to heal
Format: In-person
This group focuses on safety, empowerment, and choice. Together we practice body awareness, grounding techniques, and creating safe internal and external spaces, at a pace that feels right for you.
Trauma-Informed Skills Group
Who it’s for: Adults who want practical tools for managing trauma responses and everyday stress
Format: In-person
This group focuses on building nervous system regulation skills, grounding, and coping strategies you can use between sessions. We’ll practice simple, repeatable tools together in a supportive space, with room to go at your own pace.
New Path Forward – Recovery Support Group
Who it’s for: Adults in recovery who want support staying on track and rebuilding life
Format: In-person
This group focuses on relapse prevention, hope, autonomy, and rebuilding. Together we explore identifying triggers, coping without substances, and creating a new path forward that feels sustainable and self-directed.
Mind Matters – Mental Health & Coping Group
Who it’s for: Adults who want a non-intimidating space to talk about mental health and learn coping skills
Format: In-person
This group focuses on normalizing mental health and teaching coping skills in a non-intimidating way. Together we increase emotional awareness, normalize mental health struggles, and build a practical coping toolbox you can use in everyday life.
